Charlotte Kissack

Charlotte heads up the PR and Event Management, having started Rock Solid PR in early 2009. Her previous clients have included Fuijifilm, National Poetry Day, The Edinburgh Art Festival, Shetland Museum and Archives, The AA, Valvona & Crolla, Tullibardine Whisky, The WORD Festival, Chambers Harrap and World Book Day, and Aviemore Mountain Film Festival.

For three years she worked on the profile management and PR for the world’s greatest known author JK Rowling, working closely with publishers Bloomsbury on the publicity for Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. She also worked with authors Charlie Higson and the Young Bond Series of books; Julie Hegarty and the stunning Michelle picture books and Gina Ford.

She has managed several highly acclaimed fundraising events – including the MS Society Scotland’s Enchanted Garden Ball 2008 (which raised a record breaking £325,000 for the charity and recent silver award winner of CIPR Event of the Year) and MS Masquerade Ball 2006 (which raised £250,000 for the charity). She has also handled product launches for Fuijifilm and media dinners at Mosimann’s Restaurant and handled the opening of The Shetland Museum and Archives which welcomed the Queen of Norway, HRH Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall to formerly open the venue.

Olly Bowman

Olly is responsible for the web design and print side of the business. He studied Electronic Imaging and Media Communications at Bradford University, and upon leaving left the country to pursue the career of a ski Bum. Returning to the country several years later as a qualified ski instructor, amongst other things, he was looking for new challenges and has now made a U-turn back to a Design Career.

Olly is our resident computer geek (although don't tell anyone, it's a secret). He is a recent Apple Mac convert and now would never go back, not even if Bill Gates knocked on his door and paid him personally.
